The Farm is located near Adelaide in the Eastern Cape and comprises of fourteen portions of Title Deeds, sold as one farm. It has an area demarcated to the planting of Avocados.

Sadly, the owner passed away two years ago and at the time the family had the farm valued by a Professional Agricultural Appraiser who valued the Farm at R55 350 000.00 in July 2018. One of the farmers in the area currently lease the 30Ha Avocado orchard and that lease will expire at the end of 2023.
